Sponsors can apply for a new funding program – innovative forms of combating racism are wanted in the world of work
With the new network “Our work: Our diversity. Initiative for company democracy competence” the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) intends to strengthen democracy competence in companies. The BMAS will coordinate the program in cooperation with the German Trade Union Federation and implement it together with the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. Interested porters can express their interest. The initiatives are intended to strengthen workforces, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to take action against racism, right-wing extremism and conspiracy narratives.
