Former Minister of Research and Technology Bambang Brodjonegoro re-trusted to occupy the position President Commissioner, namely PT Oligo Infrastruktur Indonesia, an investment company in the infrastructure sector.
Bambang’s appointment was announced on July 1, 2021 by the company through an announcement on their official website.
“Oligo welcomes Mr. Bambang Brodjonegoro as our President Commissioner at PT Oligo Infrastruktur Indonesia. Mr. Brodjonegoro’s presence at Oligo represents his interest and enthusiasm in promoting the economy and sustainable development for Indonesia, and is a great honor for this young organization,” reads the remarks of Shareholders and Director Indonesian Infrastructure Oligo.
In his remarks, the Shareholders and Directors of Oligo Infrastructure Indonesia said Bambang wanted to continue to actively participate in encouraging the development of sustainable urban infrastructure for Indonesia.
With his expertise, in finance, private sector partnerships, and extensive networks at home and abroad, he will pave the way for the company to achieve its vision, which is to become a partner of the Indonesian government in realizing sustainable development.
“There is no better person than Mr. Bambang Brodjonegoro to guide the young and energetic team of Oligo Infrastructure Indonesia,” added the company.
With this new position, the former finance minister is listed as occupying five commissioner seats, three of which are president commissioners.
Apart from Oligo, Bambang has been appointed as the President Commissioner of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk since May 28, 2021. Then, he served as President Commissioner of PT Bukalapak.com which he carried since April 30, 2021.
Next, he has served as Commissioner of PT Astra International Tbk since June 17, 2021. Lastly, the Independent Commissioner of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk. The appointment was also made on the same day as Astra International.
