Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry form an offensive duo that is difficult to contain in the NFL. With this explosive team in attack, the Baltimore Ravens beat the Buffalo Bills 35-10 and took away their undefeated record on matchday four of the season.
Henry gave one of his best performances in recent years, making the longest run in franchise history (87 yards), for a total of 199 yards on the ground, while Lamar Jackson threw two touchdown passes, one with his receiver Justice Hill and another with Henry himself, in addition to penetrating the end zone with a ball carry.
It was the third rushing score of 80 yards or more in the former Tennessee Titans running back’s career, only Chris Johnson with six and Adrian Peterson with five have more.
Everything went so well for the Crows that even when Henry fumbled the ball at the goal line early in the fourth quarteriheard, Patrick Ricard fell on the ovoid to make the fifth score of the night.
The Bills were unable to decipher the rival defense, so their attacking options were limited. His quarterback Josh Allen failed to throw passes to the end zone, after gaining only 180 yards through the air and 21 on the ground. The only score for those led by Sean McDermott came thanks to a run by runner TY Johnsobilln.
