“Baltic states fuel price trends: Riga sees increase, Vilnius sees decrease, while Tallinn remains stable”

In the capitals of the Baltic states, different fuel price trends were observed last working week – in Riga, fuel prices increased, while in Tallinn they practically did not change, but in Vilnius, fuel prices decreased, according to the data collected by the agency LETA.

The most expensive gasoline this working weekend was available in Tallinn, followed by Riga, while the lowest gasoline price was in Vilnius. On the other hand, the highest price for diesel fuel was in Tallinn, while the lowest was in Vilnius.

In Riga, at “Circle K” gas stations, the price of both 95-brand gasoline and diesel fuel increased by 5.2% and cost 1,604 euros and 1,414 euros per liter, respectively.

In Vilnius, at the “Circle K” gas station on Savanorju prospect, the price of 95% gasoline decreased by 2.6% – to 1.499 euros per liter, while the price of diesel fuel fell by 2.2% – 1.329 euros per liter.

In Tallinn, at the “Circle K” filling stations, the prices of gasoline and diesel fuel of brand 95 have not changed, and this week too, a liter of gasoline cost 1,699 euros, and a liter of diesel fuel – 1,499 euros.

The price of autogas in Riga increased by 11.7% – up to 0.765 euros per liter. In Vilnius, the price of autogas did not change during the week and cost 0.622 euros per liter, but in Tallinn the price of autogas decreased by 1.4% – to 0.7 euros per liter.
