Olivier Rousteing unveiled an iconic dress printed with Kylie Jenner’s face.
Wednesday September 25, Balmain presented its spring-summer 2025 fashion show at the Palais de Chaillot in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. While he has just relaunched Balmain Beauty, Olivier Rousteing has made it the primary inspiration for this new collection. We find trompe-l’oeil clutches resembling a perfume bottle, heeled shoes and earrings shaped like lipsticks, as well as a myriad of dresses and jackets adorned with hand-embroidered women’s faces “requiring hundreds of thousands of beads and weeks of expert embroidery,” explains Olivier Rousteing in a press release. Among the complex and very realistic portraits, we can distinguish the face of a personality that we all know: Kylie Jenner.
