Regarding the situation that occurred in some buses of agglomeration of people, Ballesta has indicated that it happened in interurban buses that do not depend on the city council, but on the community. “Our priority objective is to guarantee the coverage of basic social needs to the entire population of the municipality, with special attention to the most vulnerable sectors and groups, during the persistence of the social crisis derived from the pandemic, promoting coordination with other administrations and the third sector ”, indicated the mayor.
The Social Services Area of the Murcia City Council estimates that some 6,000 Murcian families will benefit, which will mean an estimated amount of 3 million euros in direct aid.
Ballesta has pointed out that all urban furniture and playgrounds are now also disinfected, which although they cannot be used, are being prepared for when possible.
