Defender of Latvia Uvis Balinskis scored a goal today Czech hockey extra leagues in a game in which “Bili Tygri” of Liberec, represented by Balinska, lost to “Rytiri” of Kladno, whose lines are played by Oskars Cibulskis and Kristaps Sotnieks.
