Bali Provincial Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) Maps Locations for Eid al-Adha Prayer in Denpasar

Denpasar, tvOnenews.com– The Bali Provincial Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) has mapped as many as 39 points where the Eid al-Adha 1444 Hijri prayer will be held in Denpasar on June 28 and 29 2023. “These locations may still increase,” said General Secretary of MUI Bali Ismoyo Sumarlan in Denpasar, Bali, Tuesday.

He explained that the locations for the Eid al-Adha prayers were spread from mosques, prayer rooms to public squares. The Bali MUI, he said, is working with the Denpasar City Council of Indonesian Mosques (DMI) to record the points for the Eid al-Adha 1444 Hijri prayer.

For the implementation of the Eid al-Adha prayer on Wednesday (28/6) there were four locations and on Thursday (29/6) there were 35 locations.

The Central Executive (PP) of Muhammadiyah has set Eid al-Adha which coincides with 10 Zulhijah 1444 Hijri which falls on Wednesday (28/6) 2023.

Meanwhile, the government through the Ministry of Religion has set Eid al-Adha 1444 Hijri on Thursday (29/6).
