Baldur’s Gate 3 is celebrating its first birthday after leaving Steam Early Access. The game from Larian Studios remains popular among players, showing strong interest and activity in the community.
The full version was released on August 3, 2023 Baldur’s Gate 3, which was developed for several years as part of the Steam Early Access program. On its release day, Baldur’s Gate 3 set a record, reaching an online peak of over 875,000 players on Steam, placing it in the 11 most played games in the platform’s history. Even after a year, the game shows stable numbers online in the range of 80-120 thousand players.
Larian Studios continues to actively support the project. The seventh major update is expected to be released soon, which will bring many improvements, fixes and additional content, including special videos for fans of the “dark side”.
