Ten days after the release, the peak simultaneous online Baldur’s Gate 3 on Steam passed the mark of 875 thousand users. Statistics shared portal SteamDB.
Baldur’s Gate 3 was the ninth most played game on the Valve platform of all time, as well as the second highest online peak in 2023. In both cases, Hogwarts Legacy is located in front of the new product, attracting 879 thousand simultaneously playing users at the release.
The full release of Baldur’s Gate 3 on PC took place on August 3rd. Since 2020, the game has been in early access, and in total it took six years for Larian to develop it. Players encountered a number of bugs and errors, but the developers promptly released a patch that fixes more than 150 problems.
