Baim Wong and the wife, Paula Verhoeven, became the spotlight after registering Citayam Fashion Week with HAKI through his company. Now he finally spoke up.
To reporters, Baim initially regretted the negative comments against him. He asked the Indonesian people to cultivate a culture of not slandering before there was an explanation.
“What you should know, and most importantly bonge, Roy, jeje and dates are in it. I sometimes regret negative opinions when our intentions and goals are different from their narrow views. Baim Wong confirms Citayam Fashion Week registered not because he wanted to have. However, he had a noble vision.

Further, Baim Wong confirmed that it was on track in registering Citayam Fashion Week to HAKI. He did not immediately do that without meeting Bonge, Roy, and Jeje who had made this ‘culture’ boom.
“Thank God, all these incidents have a track record. When did I first contact Bonge? When do I register haki. When do I talk to everyone related to Citayam fashion week? When do I ask the minister’s permission for this event. When did I ask for permission from the president director of Sarinah when looking for a venue for this event. Thank God everything is there. So it’s not because of this news, we’re just going crazy trying to find an excuse. Everything has a track record, thank God,” said Bam.
Baim Wong reiterates that the purpose of his company is to register Citayam Fashion Week to HAKI for a positive thing. He also wants Indonesia to be more advanced and not inferior to other countries.
“God willing, Tiger Wong Entertainment’s goals are different. If you love it, it’s the same as your country. Surely you will do the same with me. Always thinking how to MAKE INDONESIA more advanced.. And never want to lose to foreign countries.. Indonesia can definitely be better!” he said.
