Bailiffs Suggest Going to Frontline to Pay Off Debts: Krasnoyarsk Mother’s Dilemma

In Krasnoyarsk, bailiffs suggested that the mother of two minor children go to the front to pay off her debts.

Krasnoyarsk resident Olga owes the bank 800 thousand rubles. The woman took out a large amount of money on credit to renovate her apartment, but problems with payments began after the divorce. Despite the fact that Olga was left with two children aged 9 and 13, enforcement proceedings were initiated against her, writes NGS24.RU.

On October 27, leaving work, she noticed a letter under the windshield of her car. Inside there was a summons: the debtor was summoned to the bailiff. In addition, the Russian woman was advised to “contact the district military commissariat” to sign a contract. Thus, she could “take action” regarding the accumulated loan debt.

They offer me to come to the military registration and enlistment office and leave under a contract for “SVO” in order to pay off the debt“, Olga said.

The Russian woman says that she has neither a military ID nor medical education to go to the front. In addition, it is not clear to her with whom the state proposes to leave the children.

The Krasnoyarsk bailiff service claims that they did not send a summons, it was supposedly only a brochure with information. However, the letter states that the addressee “needs” to contact the military registration and enlistment office.

It is noteworthy that in the comments to the news, Russians did not support the bank debtor, but were very concerned that the bailiffs were beginning to “offer” to go to war. Such functions are not yet within their competence, however, judging by the trend, “surprises” may soon await other loan borrowers.

Earlier it was reported that in the cities of the Lugansk region captured by the Russian army, the Russian command decided to send “for meat” of local miners.

And in Moscow to the army mobilized natives of Tajikistan who were “lucky” to receive Russian passports. Newly made citizens of the Russian Federation were able to escape.
