Kotassery: Kammalam Souharda Purusha Swayashaya Sangh has felicitated Aleena Whitson who has made it to the Kerala women’s football team and proved her personal best by scoring a goal against Tamil Nadu in the Under-19 category football tournament held in Punjab. Baiju Pudussery, former national champion of 20 km men’s race walk and current masters athletic meet national gold medalist, inaugurated the conference.
Alina is a Plus One student of Kothamangalam Mar Basil School and daughter of Parekattil Whitson and Soumya. Souharda Purusha Self Help Sangh President Joseph Kaitaran presided. Davis Peenikaparampil and Arun Payyappilli spoke.
