The Baie-Saint-Paul Hospital Foundation team unveiled the program for Foundation Day, which will take place on June 16th. For the organization, it is an annual meeting for Charlevoisians who wish to participate in the development of health care and social services in the region.
This year, the honorary presidency was entrusted to France Dufour and Antoine Neyron. “It is full of gratitude that we have accepted the mandate of the honorary presidency of the 2023 edition of Foundation Day. Philanthropy allows society to help each other, to move forward and support each other, it is a real social and economic player. We believe that supporting an organization like the Baie-Saint-Paul Hospital Foundation is essential, because it plays a leadership role in improving health care and social services for the people of Charlevoix. is a great honor for us to chair this edition. »
Several activities are planned during this fundraising day. The Foundation offers a golf tournament on the greens of Golf Baie-Saint-Paul. Two departures are scheduled, one at 7:30 a.m. and the second at 12:30 p.m. The Foundation invites golfers of all levels to register for a round of golf full of surprises! Teams will consist of four players under the “four-ball best ball” formula.
In addition, the organization will hold a banquet concocted by the Germain Charlevoix team where producers and processors from the region will be honoured. Golfers, health personnel, business people and members of the community are invited to come together and network under the theme of health. The evening will take place from 6 p.m. in the Multi room of the Hotel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix.
For a third consecutive year, a virtual auction that will present a selection of original experiences, products and services has been added to the activities.
