“Baie-Saint-Paul Flooding: $12 Million Project Refused – Interview with Charlevoix-Montmorency Watershed Organization”

Baie-Saint-Paul was affected by major flooding that ravaged part of the municipality a few weeks ago.

It’s all the more unfortunate that the City of Baie-Saint-Paul had a project in its pipeline to protect the banks of the Rivière du Gouffre.

This is what Radio-Canada said on Friday morning.

However, this $12 million project was refused by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
