Bahrain reshapes the board of administrators of the sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat From Reuters

(Reuters) – Bahrain’s formal news agency described Sunday that Crown Prince and Key Minister of the Kingdom, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, have determined to restructure the board of directors of the Mumtalakat Bahrain Keeping sovereign prosperity fund, headed by by Finance Minister Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.

Mumtalakat, which manages around $ 18 billion in property, produced its independent once-a-year results in June, which confirmed it turned rewarding in 2021 just after struggling losses in 2020.

Its portfolio consists of holdings in the British racing team, automobile company McLaren and Aluminum Bahrain (Alba), the most significant aluminum smelter in the entire world outside the house of China.
