The Sudanese News Agency reported that the Saudi Football Association will take care of the salary of the Moroccan coach and his assistants, according to the cooperation agreement with the Sudanese Federation.
Al-Zaki, 63, will start his career with Sudan in the two matches against Gabon in the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast next year, on March 23 and 27.
The Sudan national team ranks third in Group Nine, with three points from two matches, one point behind leaders Mauritania and second-placed Gabon. The Democratic Republic of the Congo comes in last place without a balance.
Al-Zaki’s last experience was with Hilal Al-Shabaa Al-Tunisi, but he resigned at the end of January (January) after three consecutive defeats.
The former goalkeeper participated with Morocco in the 1986 World Cup and led them to the round of sixteen before losing 1-0 to West Germany.
