Baden-Württemberg attack went wrong: three men beat up the attackers

Munderkingen (dpa / lsw) – A man was beaten and seriously injured by three young men in Munderkingen (Alb-Donau-Kreis) after attacking one of the group with a kitchen knife. The 55-year-old tried to injure the 18-year-old with a knife, the police said on Friday.
The 18-year-old was able to disarm the man. Together with another 18-year-old and a 21-year-old, he then hit the 55-year-old with his fists. Paramedics took the man to a clinic. According to initial investigations, the cause of the attack on Thursday was a previous dispute between the men.
One of the young men called the police himself after the incident, a spokesman said. After the police measures on site, the young men were allowed to leave.
