Bad weather in Franceville: Ali Bongo Ondimba’s comfort to the victims

Libreville, Thursday, May 18, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – The President of the Republic went today to the capital of the province of Haut-Ogooué where a violent storm that occurred last Monday claimed many victims in its path.

In a heartfelt and patriotic impulse, the Head of State went on May 18, 2023 alongside the victims of the disaster that struck the populations of Franceville, following a violent storm. These bad weather caused several victims on the floor. Personally, Ali Bongo Ondimba traveled from the capital of Haut-Ogooué to comfort and reassure those affected of the support of all the Gabonese people. “Victims of violent weather, our sisters and brothers in Franceville are not alone. The state is on their side. This is the meaning of my presence today, Thursday, May 18, in Haut-Ogooué. I have come to comfort the people, show them my full support and personally ensure that all the necessary help is provided to them so that they lack nothing. Wherever it is in Gabon, in such circumstances, I will do the same,” wrote Ali Bongo Ondimba.
