In order to get the public interested in their April concert “Atmiņu klade”, the group “Bad Habits” has released a cover version of the famous hit “Kad man ugris vyna 16”.
The song “When I won’t be 16 anymore” will remain in the memory of the listeners for a lifetime as performed by Olga Rajeckas, but the group “Bad Habits” (also known as “Sliktie hábiti”) managed to surprise – in their version, this hit got a bit “fancy” jazzy bluesy sound. A clip was also made for the song, shot in the beautiful Abgunste manor.
The “Bad Habits” concert announced along with the release of the song and clip will take place on April 13 at the Đadaži Culture Center. At the “Bad Habits” concert, they want to tell stories from their lives through music created by well-known stage heavyweights – such as Ilmārs Dzenis, Raimonds Pauls, “100. debut” etc. “Over the years, these songs have been performed by different stage artists on different stages. We believe they resonated with them as they did with us, and we’re sure they will resonate with the audience who will be with us tonight. But each of us will find a special story to immerse ourselves in and to share,” the men of “Bad Habits” invite to the concert.
