The Israeli-American businessman, Haim Saban, known as an associate of President Joe Biden and one of the largest donors to the Democratic Party, published a personal letter this evening (Thursday) to President Biden, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, in which he protested the decision Biden to stop arms shipments to Israel.
Saban called the decision “bad bad bad” and added: “It sends a terrible message to our allies in the region, and shows that we can turn from doing the right thing to succumbing to political pressure.”

Saban also wrote: “Let’s not forget that there are more Jewish voters who care about Israel than Muslim voters who care about Hamas,” in a clear message to Biden ahead of the elections.
