As the Dresden police confirmed at the request of TAG24, the accident occurred around 10:10 a.m. at Tiergartenstrasse 48 in the Great Garden.
The driver (37) of an Opel Zafira wanted to turn around with her car. She overlooked a moving Suzuki Bandit S motorcycle.
The biker (27) hit the right side of the Opel with full force and fell.
The 27-year-old was seriously injured in the collision and had to be taken to hospital.
The Opel driver was uninjured.

Because of the accident, Tiergartenstrasse was closed until around noon.
