Benjamin Desbois brings over 20 years of experience in media and entertainment technology and has an in-depth knowledge of media workflows and client needs. Prior to joining Telestream, he held several leadership positions at Avid Technology, most recently as Vice President of Sales for the Americas. Prior to Avid, Benjamin was General Manager for North America at Dalet. Earlier in his career at Dalet, he held various positions in product management, professional services and sales.
As a senior executive, Benjamin became known for his collaborative and team-oriented leadership style and for his effective work with management teams on strategy, innovation, operational excellence , integration, human resources and culture. His deep industry experience includes the acquisition and integration of numerous media technology products and teams.
