The wind will be oriented from the south-southwest, it will be moderate and strong. The maximum temperature at a height of 1200 meters will be about 7°, at 2000 meters – about 1°.
There will be almost no precipitation along the Black Sea before noon, cumulus and cumulus-rain clouds will develop after noon, and in many places there will be short-term precipitation, in separate areas with thunderstorms. Maximum temperatures will be 15°-17°. The temperature of the sea water is from 11°-12° on the northern coast to 15° on the southern. The excitement of the sea will increase and will be 3-4 bales.
