The air masses at the beginning of the week bring with them heavy rains and back winter, but also spring-like temperatures.

The weather for the next few days looks like a real herring salad.
The weather saga, which varies from one extreme to the other, is covered in Foreca’s weather blog. According to the blog, the beginning of the week includes snow flurries, advancing spring heat records, as well as 30-degree frosts.
Bad driving weather and heat
On Monday, it will rain in Ostrobothnia, North Ostrobothnia and Kainuu. It is snowing in Lapland and Northeast Finland, in some places a maximum of 10-20 centimeters. According to Sääblog, in the northern parts of the country, you should be prepared for even very bad driving weather and 0-10 degrees below zero.
Deafening rains and readings of 1-10 degrees occur in the Central Finland region.

Heavy rains and back winter
On Tuesday, a new area of rain will spread from the west to the southern and central parts of the country. In the south, the rains appear as water, but in central Finland, snow and sleet are gathering. A gusty northeast wind is also blowing in the areas.
According to Foreca, the rains can reach heavy rains. The definition of heavy rain is 20 millimeters of water per day, while Tuesday’s total rainfall can reach 15-30 millimeters converted to water.
In the rest of Finland, the weather is cloudy and cloudy.
Snowfall to the south
