During the red zone days, the self-certification is also used to move throughout the day within one’s own municipality, as well as to enter and exit one’s city for proven work needs, for health reasons and for “other reasons permitted by current regulations “, which include the need to look after a non self-sufficient person returning to their residence. The form will also be used to go to a second home in the region or to visit friends and relatives with the rules set out above. Those who do not have a printer can write the self-certification by hand, tracing the model. If you do not have the form with you and you are stopped by the police, they will fill in one: they can then carry out checks to check the correctness of what has been declared
