back to Skyrim for the next Greymoor expansion

More than eight years after the release of the fifth solo opus in the saga, the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online sets out again towards the northern lands of Skyrim (or Bordeciel).

The DLC entitled Greymoor, which will be released in June, will inevitably tickle the nostalgic fiber of fans of the license.

Bethesda MMO continues to chart its course

This extension of The Elder Scrolls Online allow players to explore the western part of Skyscraper. The sets, like the city of Solitude, will no doubt differ from the solo RPG released in 2011 since the events portrayed in the MMO will take place a millennium before those of the Child of Dragon. The story will feature an overpowered vampire lord who ravages Skyrim with the help of his minions. A gothic epic illustrated in the cinematic trailer at the top of this article.
The extension Greymoor is only part of the brand new season named The Black Heart of Skyrim which will start in February with the DLC Harrowstorm. It will add two new dungeons in which players will face supernatural storms. Two other downloadable contents will be released at the end of the year to end this season.

Different editions to please everyone

For its part, Greymoor will introduce other new features such as an Antiquities system allowing to find artifacts in all Tamriel, a new test with 12 players, numerous side quests and much more. Pre-orders will open soon and all physical and digital editions are detailed at this address.

We find the traditional collector’s edition with an imposing statue of the Vampire Lord, a map of Bordeciel, four collector’s items, a steelbook and a month of subscription to ESO Plus. Players already used to this MMO can also opt for a simple digital upgrade (standard or collector) of their version.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor will be released on May 18, 2020 on PC and Mac and then on June 2 on PS4 and Xbox One.
