Soon we can kick out that jeep that always shoots at the birds.

My experience of Turtle Rocks zombie butcher game Back 4 Blood is that the player pool overall seems to be good. But of course you sometimes come across that individual who deliberately shoots at all the birds to start an onslaught of zombies, refuses to go into the shelter or tea-bakes you when you are knocked to the ground and asks for help.
In other words, Griefers can ruin a lot for the group, and in Back 4 Blood nor can one kick them out with a democratic vote. People have appealed to Turtle Rock about adding the feature, and it has not fallen on deaf ears. In another statement Gamesradar they had the following to say about the matter:
We hope the community understands there are significant design and player experience considerations associated with such a feature (reward considerations for kicked players, potential for griefing in the opposite direction, continued management, etc.).
We are absolutely aware of it and absolutely working on it. We cannot, however, provide an immediate and accurate ETA as we must ensure the design and implementation is tight.

It is thus aware of the problem, but points out that the function is more complicated to implement than one might think. Among other things, they must take into account how kicked-out players should be rewarded for the round and that the vote kick function can be used for griefing “in the other direction”. They are working full time on a solution, but have no time frame for when it can be implemented. It simply comes when they feel they have got a good design.
