It’s a hard to believe story. About 24 students from a high school in Nantes (Loire-Atlantique) realized, the day before their bac test on Tuesday, that they had not studied the right program this year. “We were really stressed before the event and completely devastated,” says one of them. Throughout the year, students studied the course for the next school year. The ordeal turned into a nightmare. “Many students left after two hours. Some left after five hours, but completely in tears,” said a student. For their part, the parents are asking the rectorate to react. “We ask the rectorate that the best note be taken between the continuous assessment and the test that has been passed”, challenges Priscille Cortet. In a press release, the rectorate promises to take all measures not to harm the students. In Nantes, this case arouses misunderstanding. Especially since for students in a bilingual course, a single mark below ten is eliminatory to validate their baccalaureate in Spain. TF1 | Report C. Ebrel, K. Gaignoux. N. Lorjoux
