‘Babylon Show’ cancelled: it can’t handle Motos and Broncano

The Babylon Show, by comedian Carlos Latre, ends its broadcast today on Telecinco, as confirmed by the official account of the television program on the social network X.

“Yes, today will be THE LAST SHOW of BabylonShow,” the official account of the program posted tonight, after the cancellation was announced as of tomorrow.

The cancellation of the programme comes after the premiere of ‘La Revuelta’, TVE’s bet on David Broncano, which last night was the most watched programme on television, after ‘El hormiguero’, by Pablo Motos.

Telecinco’s bet to compete in this time slot on television was Babylon Show, hosted by comedian, actor and impersonator Carlos Latre (Castellón de la Plana, 1979).

According to data from the Barlovento consultancy, the audience share for ‘La Revuelta’ and ‘El hormiguero’ exceeded 17 percent last night, while Latre’s programme remained at 4.4 percent.
