SIDAKPOST.ID, TEBO – Babinsa Sertu Wianto Koramil 416-07/Rimbo Bujang Kodim 0416/Bute urges and invites community members to keep the environment clean, especially now that the rainy season is very dominant in outbreaks of diseases such as colds, cough and diarrhea and bleeding (DHF).
This was stated by Sertu Wianto when visiting residents of the target area, located on Jalan Aru RT 10 RW 01 Giri Purno Village, Rimbo Ilir District, Tebo Regency, Monday (01/01/2024).
Babinsa Sertu Wianto also invited residents to close places that hold water, such as abandoned containers and buckets, to avoid becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes that have the potential to spread Dengue Fever (DHF).
“To avoid and be aware of dengue fever, we need to apply the 3M pattern, namely draining, covering and burying rubbish or used items that can collect rainwater,” explained Sertu Wianto.
Babinsa added that existing waste can be reused and recycled so that it can be collected for sale at used goods collection points, so that it becomes an economic value for local residents.
“Let’s make the environment clean and healthy, residents can also earn money from used goods around their homes,” concluded Babinsa. (hope)
