TRIBUNNEWS.COM, SLEMAN – The commotion between youth groups broke out again in the Babarsari area, Caturtunggal Village, Kapanewon Depok, SlemanJogjakarta, Monday (4/7/2022).
The clashes in Babarsari resulted in six motorbikes and a building being burned.
This riot was also trending on Twitter and many netizens called Babarsari as Gotham City.
The reporter’s report from the Tribun Jogja stated that a house in the Babarsari area caught fire because it was suspected that a Molotov cocktail had been thrown.
A community leader from Babarsari, Sleman, Prasetyo Utomo (70), said the vandalism incident occurred on Monday (4/7/2022) at around 10.00 WIB.

According to information, the mob came and immediately carried out the destruction.
“There are many shophouses that have been damaged, five more. Just now they damaged it,” he said, Monday (04/07/2022).
In addition, there were six motorbikes that caught fire.
Two motorbikes are known to be in the house and four others around the shop.
He said the vandalism was the aftermath of a commotion that occurred at a nightclub in the Caturtunggal area a few days ago.
