Writer Marwan Kawouk, author of the famous series “Bab Al-Hara”, responded to the criticisms directed by the Syrian artist Yasser Al-Azma to the series a few days ago during his criticism of the Syrian drama during the recent period.
Marwan attacked Yasser al-Azma, in an interview with ET in Arabic, saying: “There is no doubt that Professor Yasser is a great artist … but he lacks a lot of the Shami folklore. .”
And Marwan continued: “He is now equal to a trend for the platform that follows him. I apologize, I mean, I am talking with emotion, but because of my jealousy over the Syrian drama, not my jealousy over him.. my jealousy over all the scriptwriters who insulted them, including myself.”
Marwan added: “He described me as a lot, he said biased and stupid.. These words are refuted by you, Professor Yasser.”
