A 23-year-old driver had lost control of his vehicle on the Dorfstrasse shortly before 1 p.m., then hit a bus shelter and caught the woman. After the first medical treatment by the Zug emergency services, the woman was flown with Rega to a hospital outside the canton.

The exact course of the accident is the subject of further investigations. The public prosecutor of the canton of Zug ordered a blood and urine sample from the accident driver in the hospital. The Dorfstrasse had to be closed for salvage and for securing evidence.
