Barbara’s Bed & Breakfast is located in a converted farmhouse very close to the town center of Fürstenfeld. The quiet B³ Atrium is a little place in the sun… big enough to let the sun shine on your belly. Entertainment, shops and restaurants are a five-minute walk away. The best way to spend your free time is to take walks in the nearby untouched nature, walking, cycling, golfing, skydiving and swimming – in the warm season in the spacious Fürstenfeld outdoor pool – and all year round in the numerous surrounding thermal baths in the thermal and volcanic region of Styria.
Whether it’s about hospitality, exhibitions or treasures in the immediate vicinity, you can get valuable tips about everything worth seeing in and around Fürstenfeld from the Hitzl family. Waltraud, Gerhard and Barbara Hitzl are happy to offer you advice and assistance to make your stay in the thermal and volcanic region of Styria as pleasant as possible and to give you the feeling that you would like to come back to Fürstenfeld soon.
By the way: In autumn 2015, international graffiti stars also stayed at Barbara’s Bed & Breakfast as part of the “Graffiti & Street Art Festival Styria”. Among them was the Zagreb-based artist Slaven ‘Lunar’ Kosanović, who emerged from the early Croatian graffiti scene and paints, exhibits and publishes his works worldwide. Lunar also decorated the house walls with strong colors and included a picture of his cat Jinx. We are very pleased with the consistently positive response from guests – and we are extremely proud of this popular photo motif.
