AZ goalkeeper Marco Bizot enjoys Olympiakos | Football

sport">The Greek top club was looking for a goalkeeper with international experience and has found it in Bizot, the goalkeeper who made his professional debut at SC Cambuur and played in the picture at FC Groningen at the Belgian KRC Genk, where he was under the bar for three years.

sport">AZ brought the former youth international back to the Netherlands in 2017, where he grew into a reliable goalkeeper who broke many goalkeeper records in the 2019/20 season. Initially, Bizot had dropped out for the current European Championship, but was still called up by Frank de Boer after Jasper Cillessen’s corona infection.

sport">In Greece, Bizot, who has a price tag of around five million euros around his neck, hopes to fulfill a long-cherished wish: to play Champions League football. Olympiakos still has one preliminary round to get through, explains Bizot.
