MADRID, 21 (EUROPA PRESS)
The president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has suspended her acts this Tuesday morning in London for health reasons, according to sources from the regional government.
They will inform in advance when he resumes his work schedule in the capital and, meanwhile, it will be the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, Javier Fernández-Lasquetty, who will attend the meetings called.
Ayuso was scheduled to meet with the head of Policy and Resources for the City of London, Chris Hayward; visit Wayra UK, Telefónica’s innovation hub and accelerator for digital startups, and attend the London School of Economics (LSE).
Already on Monday night in a meeting with the British Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, the regional leader had to stop her intervention because she felt unwell. Sources around her told Europa Press that it was not anything serious but that she had suffered a cold in recent days. After a break of about ten minutes, she was able to deliver her speech.
