Ayman Younis, head of the Football Committee in Zamalek, expressed his dissatisfaction with the attempts of some clubs to enter into negotiations with the players of the white team to sign with them during the current summer transfer period, warning any club from negotiating with the team’s players.
Yunus confirmed in press statements that Zamalek respects all clubs and refuses to negotiate with its players during the current period and that some try to take advantage of the difficult conditions the club is going through, stressing that there are no financial crises in the club and that they are able to pay all players’ dues naturally.
Ayman Younes warned any club against negotiating with Zamalek players, stressing that if any club negotiates with a player from Zamalek, negotiations will be entered into with all of its players.
Yunus sent an explicit threatening message to Amir Tawfiq, director of contracts at Al-Ahly club, saying: “You will negotiate with any player from Zamalek … We will negotiate with 10 players from Al-Ahly club, calling on Red Castle officials to respect the relationship between the two clubs.”
During the past hours, news of Al-Ahly club’s negotiations with Zamalek player Ahmed Sayed Zizou to obtain his services during the current summer transfer period spread, but the player’s agent denied that news completely.
