On September 1, 2024, Thierry Goument took office as Managing Director of AXA Services Maroc (ASM), marking a key moment for the company which is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Under his leadership, ASM is committed to pursuing its goal of innovation and excellence, while remaining true to its core values. “I am delighted and very proud to join the AXA Services Maroc teams,” said Mr. Goument. “We have big plans for the future, aimed at excelling and innovating in all aspects of our business.”
Since its establishment in Rabat in 2004, AXA Services Maroc has experienced remarkable growth. Starting with 40 employees for Direct Assurance, the company now has nearly 4,500 employees spread across several sites, including a new one in Kenitra with more than 600 workstations. This development illustrates the recognition of the skills and expertise of ASM’s teams.
ASM achieved a turnover of 80 million euros in 2023 and plans to reach 100 million euros in 2024, demonstrating its growth dynamic.
At the same time, ASM places great importance on developing its human capital. The Leadership Impact program, launched in November 2023, involved 384 managers and helped strengthen skills in emotional, social and organizational intelligence. In 2023, 3,796 employees benefited from 259,457 hours of training, and 66 promotions to managerial positions were granted, 70% of which were to women.
With ambitious plans for the future, including the opening of new activities for AXA Belgium, and a well-established training and inclusion policy, ASM is preparing to write a new chapter in its history under the leadership of Thierry Goument.
