According to him, problems related to unit-linked products are problems faced by the insurance industry as a whole. Therefore, the insurance industry together must continue to educate and disseminate information about insurance products so that the public does not have a wrong understanding.
Meanwhile, he ensures that AXA Mandiri will provide benefits to customers according to the agreed insurance policy contract.
