Away card: The away card is valid in the regular away section, i.e. in section A/O (lower floor)
Find the arena
To get to the away section, you need to come from the south and go via Västgötagatan and Bohusgatan to enter Smålandsgatan. It is therefore not possible to pass by via the grocery store next to the arena.
Parking: There are plenty of parking areas around the arena. Parking lots south of Gamla Ullevi are recommended to come from the right direction.

Note that there is still a bag ban and that it may not be taken into the arena.
