D.SG Flensburg-Handewitt and HSV Hamburg lost Handball Bundesliga away games on Thursday. Flensburg suffered their third defeat of the season at 29:31 (15:13) to VfL Gummersbach, Hamburg lost 29:35 (13:15) at HC Erlangen after three straight wins.
The climber from Gummersbach presented the Flensburg team with a difficult task. A further complication for SG was that defense player Magnus Röd and circle runner Johannes Golla were injured in the first half. From 49 ‘Flensburg chases the deficit.
