AvtoVAZ launched mass production updated station wagon Lada Largus. As stated in the company’s press release (received at Autonews.ru), Largus Cross was the first to leave the assembly line in the maximum configuration. Pre-order for cars will start soon. Prices are not yet known.
The restyled station wagon received X-shaped elements in the front part of the body, a new radiator grille, side mirrors in the Lada Vesta style, other bumpers, a raised hood and modified headlights borrowed from the second generation Renault Logan sedan. IN car interior there was a new dashboard, a modified multimedia system and front seats with side support.
The technical characteristics of the novelty were not disclosed in the company. Most likely, there will be no changes in the range of motors. The restyled station wagon will be offered with 1.6-liter gasoline engines with 87 and 106 horsepower. The motors will work in conjunction with a five-speed manual transmission.
According to the Association of European Businesses (AEB), AvtoVAZ was able to sell 343,512 of its vehicles. This figure is 5% less than in 2019. Then Lada was able to sell 362 356 of its cars.
