AvtoVAZ denied reports of price increases for Lada cars from October 2023.
Earlier, the telegram channel Mash wrote that from October 2023, prices for AvtoVAZ models rise on 10%. Thus, some configurations of Lada Granta will be sold for 910,000 rubles, and top-end configurations of Vesta NG – from 1,800,000 rubles.
“Complete nonsense and fantasy. The company refutes these rumors and urges not to disseminate deliberately false information,” AvtoVAZ’s press service told Autonews.ru commenting on this information.
At the moment, prices for the Lada Granta family start at 692,000 rubles. Lada Vesta NG – from 1,239,900 rubles, Niva Legend – from 829,900 rubles, and Niva Travel – from 1,042,900 rubles.
Autonews.ru previously reported that AvtoVAZ had raised prices twice in 2023. For the first time, cars have risen in price since March 1. The second time the price tags were rewritten in early May.
