A difficult moment this Tuesday morning for the director of the Federal Office of Social Insurance, Stéphane Rossini. In front of a packed room despite the summer lull, the Valaisan had to explain that the financial prospects of the AHV had been miscalculated and that they are better than expected. If we talk about forecasts until 2033, the expenditure related to the AHV should thus be 4 billion francs lower than what had been calculated, i.e. a difference of 6%.
