RPG fans are eagerly waiting for the new game from Obsidian Entertainment. Avowed starts on February 18, 2025, but pre-orders with special bonuses and earlier access, even a few days earlier, have started today.
Set in the same universe as Pillars of Eternity, Avowed offers a different, fresh take on a first-person RPG format. There are three editions to choose from – two digital and one (let’s say) physical.
The standard digital edition (day one in Xbox Game Pass) costs PLN 349, but for those who decide on the “Premium Edition” (PLN 449), in addition to early access (from February 13), there are many extras. For the most astute fans, there is also a “SteelBook” edition (~PLN 479), which also includes a world map.

In Avowed, players will take on the role of an emissary who, together with his companions, will face mysterious events (an expanding plague) in the fictional world of Eora. The game offers plenty of possibilities, including an innovative and personalized combat model that makes fighting with a sword or other unique object. Controls, subtitles and the rest of the settings can be changed according to your preferences.
If you want to start your adventure with Avowed before the official release, just place an order in the Microsoft Store, the Xbox app available on Windows, Battle.net or Steam. The game will also be available on the day of release on Xbox Game Pass.
