This is in addition to giving up eating sweets as well, because they also stimulate inflammation in the body.

The Russian expert said: “People who overeat simple carbohydrates, refined sugar, pastries and sweets, and processed foods are more likely to develop various infections, including arthritis.”

She added, “Excess weight also puts additional pressure on the joints, which leads to their destruction. Therefore, it is better to get rid of the extra kilograms.”

According to the Russian nutrition expert, to maintain joint health, you must add food products rich in collagen to the diet. You should also eat fatty fish at least twice a week. Also, fresh vegetables are the best source of organic calcium, which nourishes joints.

She concluded by saying that the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial products are ginger and turmeric. Therefore, using them in the diet reduces the level of inflammation.
