But given the areas of growth and comfort for each person, there are a lot of questions about what to do with pubic hair. So, before you shave, there are some cool things you should know about how to safely shave:
1. Choose the right razor
Before shaving, you should choose a razor with a sharp, manual blade. Because a manual razor will be easier to use to reach small areas that are hard to see. You can use disposable or reusable razors.
2. Wet the genital area
Wet the pubic area before shaving prevents the skin from rubbing against dry, irritated skin. If the pubis is shaved with dry condition it will feel more painful. If you can use warm water to wash it while you open the pores to make it softer.
3. Apply shaving cream / gel
You may need to shave in the same spot in different directions for a smoother shave. To help prevent shaving rashes on your body, be sure to reapply the shaving gel before taking another puff.
4. Use the right technique
If you have fairly long and thick pubic hair, cutting it before shaving is the way to go. Once your hair is noticeably shorter, pull on the bristles and shave slowly, avoiding bottom-up motion.
5. Be careful after shaving
Pubic hair is not like head hair. After shaving you can do treatments such as skin scrub so that hair growth is correct and does not happen ingrown hairs.
