The dean of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Valencia, Auxiliadora Borja Albiol, received this Friday the medal of the International Union of Lawyers (UIA) “for the continuous support to the UIA and personal involvement in the work of our association.”
Borja has received the medal from the hands of the former president of the UIA, Jorge Martí, at the Valencia Bar Association. The dean has shown her appreciation for this recognition “which comes from an institution highly valued from the ICAV as it could not be otherwise, her priority being that there is a stable legal framework at the international level, in which the law is respected, not only by citizens, but also by governments, by the administration ”.
Martí has always maintained a very close relationship with the Valencia Bar Association. In fact, the UIA has only organized three face-to-face events this year, during the month of July in Turin, Trieste in September and a few weeks ago, in Valencia, with the course on the consequences of the pandemic in companies and measures that offers the Law of Insolvencies to face them.
