Autumn weather is going to dominate largely across the country in the coming week. The exception is Finnmark, which gets a taste of winter.

The coming week will offer autumn weather, with ingredients such as precipitation, wind and cloudy weather.
– It will simply be autumn weather mostly all over the country, says meteorologist on duty, Magnus Haukeland, at the Meteorological Institute.
The temperatures are not much to brag about either, and will be between zero and five degrees in many places in the country.
Storby is a weather winner
This weekend, the storm “Babet” has ravaged Southern Norway, and partly along the coast in the southwest of our long country.
– This week there will be more wind from the east, which means that it will blow a lot in some places, and at the same time bring some precipitation with it, explains the meteorologist.
He says the forecasts indicate that there will be some rain-type precipitation both in Eastern Norway, Western Norway, Møre and Romsdal and in Trøndelag.
– There will still be some variable weather, and there will also be some downtime.
– Who will be the weather winner of the week?
– There will be a lot of sun in Western Norway during the week, and in Bergen they can get temperatures up to 10-12 degrees in the middle of the week.

Weather losers in the far north and south
At the opposite end of the weather scale, you will find the county that lies furthest north.
– Finnmark can get a taste of winter in the coming week. They can exceed ten degrees below zero, and on Finnmarksvidda there is also precipitation in the form of sleet and snow.
Another place that can also experience storms, and has done so over the weekend, is Sørlandet.
– In the middle of the week, there may be an easterly wind, which forms a low pressure towards Southern Norway. It probably won’t be quite as bad as the weekend’s ravages, but there will probably be a good deal of wind, says Haukeland.
